Shipping and Delivery

GENERAL UK DELIVERY (UK MAINLAND ONLY)

We aim to process orders the same or next working day, however during busy periods it may take longer. If your order is urgent it is best to contact us by emailing us at rocknroll@doghousedistillery.com to see the current status of orders and whether we can expedite yours.

Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order has been booked in for collection you should receive an email from our courier showing tracking details. The service we use is Parcelforce, when you receive your message from them, you can change delivery details, or request to leave in a safe place/with a neighbour if you know you aren't going to be around.

Our default shipping with Parcelforce requires a signature, this could be from a recipient at the delivery address or with a neighbour. If you amend the shipping to be left in a safe place then Doghouse will not accept responsibility for any lost parcels. 

If you have placed an order for spirits, an adult signature may be required when you receive your order. By clicking 'I confirm I am at least 18 years of age' at the checkout process, you are confirming that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence. 

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are currently only delivering spirits within the UK. We aim to extend this to other areas in the world so check back soon.

Master of Malt and The Whisky Exchange stock our Renegade Gin and our Baller Vodka and both ship worldwide!
